Introductions: NONE

Review of Minutes: Minutes of Previous Meeting was read.

Motion and seconded:. Motion by Ray Yody and seconded by Gail DeLoach for the minutes to stand as they were, all approved

 Treasurer’s Report: There wasn’t any changes except reported there had been no activityin-coming or out-going to our last balance.

Motion and seconded: There wasn’t any changes so we didn’t vote on the issue.

 Correspondence: The State Newsletter was out with a great report and pictures of our Club and things going own with us. Great report Linda many thanks. I also gave a Report on my first state meeting in Jan. 2010 with State President Harold Smith.

From our last Samboree the State make a profit of $4000. They are looking for a great Samboree in March. Great entertainment was enjoyed for the three nights.

 Committee Reports: There was none at this time.

 Unfinished Business: Again I discussed possible Club Projects I think would help us win Club of the year. At our next meeting lets talk more about this opportunity.

We discussed the Partnership Cancer Fund, where monies help local people with financial difficulties, support options with travel, meals, logging, etc. Also Linda has offered us opportunity to do a Blood Drive with another Club she is assoc. with.

We can discuss this at our next meeting.

Motion and Seconded: There was no motion on this we just discussed and put on hold till the next meeting.
