Minutes of Last Meeting: Motion made by Dr. Bill Wills to let our last months minutes

stand as read, Sophie Wills seconded, all approved.

Treasures Report: All checks and deposits OK. Dr. Bill Wills made motion to accept as

read. Pat Haynes seconded-Balance $178.00 at beginning of Meeting.

No Correspondences:

Committee Reports: Due to having to send in our roster and the $5.00 per rig to the

State by December 1 instead of January 1 each year the following changes were put in a

motion and voted on and passed by all.

By-Laws;  Article 1 membership Section 3 ; Annual dues of $15.00 per year be  

Article V Section 1;  Meetings The chapter will meet one weekend per month

including the fourth Saturday of the month. Exceptions are the months the Georgia State

Samborees usually the months of  March and September are held or as voted on by a

majority of members at monthly meetings.

Article VI Election of Officers Section 1; The following Chapter officers will be elected at

the November business meeting: President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and Wagonmaster.

Annual elections were held. Jerry DeLoach was approved by the

members to hold the President position of Club, Garner Walker was elected as V.P. of the

Club, Linda Tillman was elected Sec./ Treas. of the Club and Jake Tillman was elected

WagonMaster. These elections were for the 2010 upcoming year. We all thank the

members for their confidence placed in each of us. We promise to do our very best

to make our Club the very best we can.

Don’t forget Christmas party Dec. 11th Yacht Club Twin Lakes Ga. Come and enjoy

thanks to Al and Pat Haynes for their work on this project. Hope everyone has a blast.

Don’t forget those decorations $5 limit orinamates gift wrapped. Anyone that would

like to stay at the KOA can get a group rate of $20.00 thanks to our friends at KOA.

Linda raised questions about were we as a club going to do something special for

a club project for Christmas. After much dicussion we agreed to give $10 dollars from

each rig to help a needy family for Christmas. All agreed to let Sophie find some family

in Douglas that could use some help. WAY TO GO CLUB.

The Nov. 2010 campout at Jekyll Island Ga. Garner and Sylvia Walker will Host.

The Dates are Nov. 11-13- 2010 Those that are going need to give their deposit to

Jerry DeLoach or Linda Tillman so we can give to Garner. A one night fee of $28.34

will need to be paid. Just spoke to Garner we have until Dec. 11th to pay our deposit.

Don’t forget Eagles Roost in Jan. 2010. This campout will be a joint outing with Flint

River Club from Albany. We will host the pancake breakfast sat. morning.

We also discussed the web site set up that will cost $200. Mary will check with her

computer man and see if he is interested in helping us. This must be done soon. The

club approved the spending of $200 to do this. A motion was made by Billy and

seconded by Dr. Bill on the $200.

Al and Pat did a good job on the 50/50 this time thanks to all who played. Dr. Bill

won and donated the $10.50 to the club. We had a lot of braggs this time and wound

up with $15. We collected $45 cash in dues and $135 in checks with two more

Kathy and Ray already committed on theirs. WAY TO GO CLUB THATS THE

SPIRIT.

A motion was made to adjurn the meeting by Pat Haynes and seconded by Dr. Bill
